Janet and Whitney, my heartfelt condolences and prayers go out to you and your family and friends. Phil will be greatly missed by me and all those who knew him. He was one of the most genuine and good people I've had the pleasure to meet. I only wish we could have fished together more. I enjoyed our time on the river and will always remember those days.
