Gary Wayne Gillespie, 59, of Sutton, WV passed away on Monday, May 24, 2021 at home. He was born on July 15, 1961 to the late Gary Rondell Gillespie and still surviving Mary Jo (Hutchison) Gillespie.

Gary is preceded in death by paternal grandparents Hattie (Gregory) Gillespie and Noel T. Gillespie, and maternal grandparents Garrnet Chaffin and Clifford Hutchison.

Left to cherish his memory is his son Josh Gillespie, Brothers Austin (Glenda) Gillespie, Jeff (Trish) Gillespie, and Sister Cassie (Kelly) Smallwood. Also left behind is his girlfriend Margaret Alltop.

Gary was a fan of football and liked watching the Rams play. He also enjoyed gardening, planting flowers, and just plants overall. Gary was also fond of cars, especially a 68 Camero.

Family will receive friends on Friday, May 28, 2021 at the Stockert-Paletti Funeral Home, 378 Flatwoods Corner Rd. Flatwoods, WV 26621 for visitation from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. A service will follow at 3:00pm in the Stockert-Paletti Chapel with Pastor John McQuain officiating.
