Danny Joe Allen, 64, of Orlando, WV passed away Monday, December 14th, 2020 in the comfort of his home. Danny was born in Long Run, Braxton County on May, 12th, 1957 and was the son of the late Delbert Allen and Gladis (Ratliff) Allen. He is preceded in death by his brothers; Ivan “Skip” Allen, Jim Allen, and his sister Barbara Allen.
Danny is survived by his sons; Frank Allen and companion April Thayer of Orlando, David “Dave” Allen and wife Ocie of Orlando. He is also survived by his brother Ronald Roy “Jug” Allen and partner Cheryl Kay Moats of Cleveland, Ohio and grandsons Levi Allen, Noah Allen, Dylan Cutlip, Jaden Thayer, and Jordan Thayer.
Danny had a talent of making friends and conversing with anyone he crossed paths with. He enjoyed working on vehicles, a 66 Chevelle was his favorite. Danny also enjoyed spending time at hunting camp, hunting deer, cooking good food, and keeping the fire warm.
