Obituary for Daytona Karyl "Toni" Wine
Daytona “Toni” Karyl Wine, 62, of Burnsville, WV was called home with the Lord on August 10, 2020 at Ruby Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. Toni was born on April 10, 1958 in Gem, WV to Denzil and Anitra Posey Wine. Toni leaves behind her Mother: Anitra; Father: Denzil; Sister: Veronica Dale Wine and nieces and nephews.
Toni attended the Copen Independent Baptist Church where she greatly enjoyed bible study. She worked for 37 years at Precision Services in Gassaway, WV. Toni competed in the Special Olympics as long as she were able. She had a love for anything West Virginia and her home was filled with WVU collections. She also loved to go shopping and to yard sales.
Stockert-Paletti Funeral Home, 378 Flatwoods Corner Rd, Flatwoods, WV 26621 is honored to be caring for the Wine family during this time. Per Toni’s wishes, she is being cremated and a memorial service will be held in her honor at a later date.
