Obituary for Sonny
Russell Eugene Legg, 82, of Clay, WV passed on December 6, 2019 at Clay Health Care Center. He was born in Clay County to Zelma and Jess Legg. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, brothers, sisters, and daughters.
Sonny leaves behind his brother Danny Melton and wife Yvonne, one son, and two daughters.
Better known as Sonny, he was a kind-hearted and happy man. Sonny loved his family. He spent much of his life working for Ford Motor Company in Buffalo, New York. After moving on from Ford Company, Sonny spent his years driving truck. Sonny is a United States Airforce veteran. He valiantly served his country; we are forever grateful for his service.
