David Thomas Blake of Weston, WV passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2019. He was born in Morgantown, WV, on March 21, 1985 to the late Stephen Randall (Muggsy) Blake and Kimberly A. (Fittro) Baughman who survives. He is the grandson of Kathryn Fittro of Lost Creek, WV, and was preceded in death by grandparents Thomas Fittro, and Robert and Wilma Blake.

David is survived by his children Betty Blake and Aden Blake, siblings Robert Rinehart of Dallas, TX,, Rebekah Smith and husband Paul Jones of Galax, VA, Randi Michelle Blake and Fiancé Henry Hill Jr. of Cleveland, OH, Isaiah Baughman of Lost Creek, WV, Michelle Rose Baughman of Lost Creek, WV, and Denise Gray and husband Troy of Lakemore, OH . Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

David loved music, he was a talented drummer and guitarist and enjoyed writing music also. He liked all different types of music and some of his favorite bands where Metallica and Pantera. He worked in the Oil field as Tong operator. David had a big heart, a brilliant, musical soul, and a shining sense of humor, he will be sadly missed.

Family will receive friends for time of fellowship on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 from 3-6 p.m. at the Stockert-Paletti Funeral Home, 378 Flatwoods Corner, Flatwoods, WV 26621. Celebration of Life services will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the Stockert-Paletti Funeral Home.
