Condolence: Evelyn, I am so saddened by this loss of your precious Daughter Pam who you and Betsy and Sandy have fought so hard to save. And Pam she put up such a valiant fight for life so the four of you are beyond amazing to me.
A parent should not have to endure the passing of a child EVER. So, this is Very Sad to me. I am heartbroken Evelyn.
I am so proud and happy to have made met you around this time a year ago in Burnsville at one of your last board meeting of the year 2017.
You are beyond amazing to me in so many ways. I cannot tell you how much knowing you has meant to me.
You are an “Angle of Mercy” in so many ways. Working with the Aging. Helping folks get potable water. Serving as a Commissioner. Helping your local school system get a new athletic field.
And all the other posts you have held and all the unselfish services you have given to your fellow West Virginians over the years-YES AMAZING.
In my 35 years as a senior executive I had many accomplishments but they all pale in comparison to what you have done for so many others and your community.
Now for all the goodness and grace and caring and Love you have given you have lost your husband Vinsen in mid-2017 and now you have lost a very brave fight to save your daughter Pam. So Sad and So tragic. Pam was only 51 years old and a caregiver herself. I wish I could have met Pam I have heard so many good and loving things from others who have known her.

My heartfelt Sympathies and Condolences go out to you and your Family and your Daughters Betsy and Sandy,
I love this photo of Pam with her Sisters and Her Dad. Love, John Cobb Ireland, WV.
