Deborah Sue Ratliff, age 49 of Manassas, VA died at her residence on Saturday, October 21, 2017.

She was preceded in death by her father Thomas B. Marks and is survived by her husband Jamie C. Ratliff; her daughters Nikki James and Rachel James; her mother Margaret Johnson; her sister Angela Sowers; a niece Julie Sowers and her mother and father in law Samuel and Nancy Ratliff. She is also survived by a sister in law Krista Kress and husband Roger; a brother in law Lee Ratliff and wife Buffy; five nieces and one nephew.
