Obituary for Elbert Fraley

Elbert  Fraley
Elbert Fraley, 60, of Linn, WV, went to be with the Lord on September 27, 2017 at his home. He was born February, 2, 1957 at Ashtabula, OH. He was the son of the late Elbert Fraley and Nellie (Dilly) Fraley. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death Father-in-law Herman Radcliff, sister Dixie Ann Fraley, brother Gregory Hitt, and Bill Fraley.
He is survived by Mother-In-law Daisy Radcliff of Buckhannon, wife, companion, and caretaker Delores Carder Fraley, sons Jamie Fraley Weston, WV, Hoy Fraley Weston, WV, daughters Angie Williams Weston, WV, Rebecca Jordan and fiancé Howard Tomey of Camden. Step children John Carder of Linn, Ashley Harper of Linn, Tim and wife Angie Carder of Linn, Gary Carder and wife Carolyn of Burnsville, Amber Woodson and husband Wayne of Butchers fork. Also surviving are grandchildren Austin Fraley, Tiara Woodson, Xavier Fraley, Breanna Fraley, Christopher Williams, Destiney Williams. Also surviving are step grandchildren Shawn, John, Tyler, Zack, Summer, Taylor, Trinity, Dallas, Breanna, and Zane. Also surviving great-grand-children DaSean Carder and Cohen Carder. Also surviving brothers and sisters Chester Fraley and wife Connie of Glenville, Lonnie Fraley and wife Maggie of Glenville, and sisters Wanda Aron Halt and husband Ernie of Martinsburg, Chris Ellingsworth of Sand Fork, Mary Lou Conner of Oil Creek, Joe Fraley and wife Mandy of Gassaway, and David Fraley and wife Donna of Burnsville.
Elbert enjoyed fishing and the outdoors. He liked being able to haul junk to the junk yard. He also liked to do wood working and painting.. Above all else he loved spending time with Grandchildren and Family.
There will be a time of fellowship held at the Stockert-Paletti Funeral Home, 378 Flatwoods Corner Road from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. following fellowship a Memorial Service on Friday, September 29, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. from the Stockert-Paletti Funeral Chapel with Chaplin James Price.
