Stanley G. Wine, 62, of Burnsville, WV passed away, Friday, September 1, 2017 at his home surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on October 11, 1954 to Elmer Gail Wine and Catherine Lee Nicholson. He was preceded in death by his father, Elmer Gail Wine and a brother Michael Wine.
He is survived by his loving wife, Betty (May) Wine; sons, Brandon Wine, Cedarville, Christopher Wine, Copen and Stargis May, Copen; daughters, Christine Jackson (Eric), Jane Lew and Stevie May, (Copen); brothers Steve Wine (Pam), Burnsville, Mark Wine (Suzie), Burnsville and John Wine (Becky), Buckhannon; sisters Mary Mace (David), Burnsville, Linda Finchman (Bobby), Clarksburg and Nancy Skinners (Mark), Copen and two grandchildren.
Stanley enjoyed fishing and shooting pool. He was someone who enjoyed working and staying busy. He was especially fond of dirt track races and attended at every opportunity. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 71, Columbus, OH.
Friends will be received Saturday, September 2, 2017 at the Stockert-Paletti Funeral Home, 378 Flatwoods Corner Road, Flatwoods, WV 26621, from 4:30 to 5:30 pm. Interment will be in the Odd Fellow Cemetery, WV.
