Obituary for Iva Lou Eubank
Iva Lou Eubank, 83, of Big Run Road, Napier, WV, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at home surrounded by children and family. She was born on July 7, 1933, the daughter of the late Simon Guy Love and Norma (Pierson) Love. She was married on March 20, 1950 to Leslie Eubank who passed away on May 11, 2015. Also preceding her in death was son, Roger Lynn Eubank; brothers, Arnold Love and infant brother; sisters, Rosalee Cayton and Jeannalee Case.
Mrs. Eubank is survived by one son, David Eubank of Napier and one daughter, Sherry Sebok and husband Larry; brothers Neil Love and (Genevie), Napier, WV and sisters, Alda Vincent and(Charles), Big Stone Gap, VA and Carol Flitcraft and (Paul), OH. Also surviving are grandchildren, Kelly, Chrystal, Donald, Dana, Dyan, Dawn, Shane, Trishia, Justin; great-grandchildren, Justine, Kenny, Roxanne, Natalie, Julie, Dillon, Vanessa, Kaden, Ryan, Cameron, Addison, Liam, Tyler; great-great-grandchildren Olyvia, Matthew, and Logan.
She was a member of the Napier United Methodist Church where she enjoyed singing in the choir. She was a devoted, wife and caretaker. She loved to cook and enjoyed preparing Thanksgiving dinner.
Family will receive friends at the Stockert-Paletti Funeral Home, 378 Flatwoods Corner Road, Flatwoods, WV 26621, on Friday, June 9, 2017 from 6-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held from the Stockert-Paletti Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 12 p.m. with Reverend Burrogh officiating. Interment will follow services in the Little Kanawha Memorial Gardens in Heaters, WV. Words of comfort and memories may be expressed to the family at stockert-paletti.com.
