Joseph Blaine Richardson, 48, passed away February 4, 2017, at the United Hospital Center, Clarksburg, WV. He was born September 21, 1968 a son to the late William B. Richardson and Ruby L. (Cogar) Richardson. Also preceding him in death was a brother, William Thomas Richards and a nephew, William E. Lipps.

Those left to cherish his memory are sisters, Janet L. Ratliff (John) and Patricia L. Moore (Jim); nephew’s, Justin Eric Lipps (Lindsay), Daniel Zane Lipps, James Lee Moore (Tabatha), John William Moore (Tiffany); nieces, Shannon Renee Dean (Kevin), Brandi Shiloh Hissam (Matt), Amber Lynette Loyd (Cecil); fifteen great nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends on Sunday, February 5, 2017 at the Stockert-Paletti Funeral Home from 2-4 p.m. Funeral services will follow visitation at 4:00 pm in the Stockert-Paletti Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor John Verton and Pastor Jason Allen officiating. Interment will follow in the Stone Run Cemetery.
