Obituary for David L. Waldron

David L.  Waldron
David L. Waldron, 68, of Burnsville, WV passed away on December 5, 2016. He was born in Charleston, WV on November 4, 1948 to the late Burliss Chester Waldron and Helen E. Cucit. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Deihl.
Those left to cherish his memory are wife, Judith A. (Moore) Waldron; children, Julie Waldron Franco and husband Andy of Lakewood, WA, Christopher Waldron and wife Debbie of Burnsville, WV; grandchildren, Joshua D. Waldron of Chapel, WV and Zachary D. Franco of Lakewood, WA; brothers, Fred Waldron of Tornado, WV; and John Waldron of St. Albans, WV and Burliss Waldron, Jr. of Culloden, WV.
Mr. Waldron graduated high school from George Washington High School with the class 1967. Mr. Waldron served his Country in the United States Navy during Vietnam and received the National Defense Service Medal Award, and was a member of the Seabees. Mr. Waldron worked for FMC Chemical Plant in South Charleston. Was a member of Dunbar, WV Masonic Lodge and was a Master Mason. Mr. Waldron loved the great outdoors he loved to hunt all different types of game and he loved bass fishing but would try to catch any species of fish. Mr. Waldron was owner operator of the Burnsville Docks from 1997 to 2010.
Family will receive friends on Friday, December 9, 2016 at the Stockert-Paletti Funeral Home, 378 Flatwoods Corner Road in Flatwoods, WV 26621 from 11:00-2:00 p.m. with the Funeral services following at the Stockert-Paletti Funeral Home Chapel with the Pastor Tony Conrad officiating. Interment will follow in the Quickle Cemetery, Burnsville, WV.
In Lieu of Flowers donations can be made in memory of Rosenbaum Family House, WV University Hospitals, P.O. Box 8228, Morgantown, WV 26506.
