Obituary for Charles E. Greenlief

Charles E.  Greenlief
Charles Edward Greenlief, 43, of 99 Harley Brown Drive, Flatwoods, WV, passed away Friday, November 14, 2014. He was born on April 30, 1971 to Edith Irene and Kenneth Ray Greenlief, who survive him.

Charles had a love for the outdoors; his hobbies included hunting, fishing, and riding ATVs. He was a 1989 graduate of Braxton County High School, and worked as an equipment operator for Slurry Pavers. His greatest moments were spending time with his family and friends.
In addition to his parents, those left to honor his memory include his lifelong partner, Alisha Lawson; sons, Jody R. Lawson, Charles Cody Greenlief, Donnie Lee Greenlief; daughter, Autumn Marie Greenlief all at home. Also surviving are brothers, Rusty Greenlief (Angela) of Frametown, WV and Kenneth Allen Greenlief of Statesville, NC; several nieces and nephews.

Charles is preceded in death by his sister, Melinda Greenlief, on June 4, 2012.

Family will receive friends at the Stockert-Paletti Funeral Home, 225 Main Street, Flatwoods on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 from 11:00a.m -2:00 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 2:00p.m, with Reverend Ronzel Roberts officiating at the Stockert-Paletti Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Burnsville, WV.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Stockert-Paletti Funeral Home, P.O. Box 292, Flatwoods, WV 26621, in memory of Charles Greenlief.
